A Grand Unified Theory of Everything

            The laws of physics
Now allow for gravity that can repulse
            By curvature
            As well as draw,
            For energy to be both
            Dark and light,
            And constants that will fluctuate
Depending on the time and space,
            With strings attached

            It may be true that
            Blowing bits and pieces up
            In ever smaller smithereens
Will lead us to a final fundamental force

            But speaking as a layman
From a certain kind of angle
On our human lot and woe

To know is not to find
